How to apply
To apply for our graduate trainee program please check to see if we are currently accepting applications here. If so you will need to complete the online application process, providing us with your C.V. and a covering letter.
What to expect
If you are shortlisted you will be invited to attend our assessment centre. This is a chance to find out more about working at 288 Group. You will also have the chance to show us who you are and how your skills, abilities and experience would benefit you in a Graduate trainee role.
On the day, you can expect to take part in some group exercises, a written exercise, a presentation, formal interviews and have a tour of our building!
It will be a busy day but there will be plenty of opportunities to prepare for each exercise and for you to ask questions.
How to prepare
Our advice for the assessment is to be yourself! We are looking for strong communication skills, an appetite to learn and strong general knowledge.
To prepare you can take a look at our 3-minute suitability test here.
We’d also advise having a look at our brand websites to learn more about our products ahead of time.
Finally, make sure you think of ahead of any questions you have as you will have plenty of opportunities to ask us!
